To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, offer a refund. Refunds will only be issued for defective products and not for reasons such as incorrect sizes or personal preference.
